Abstract
Inactivation of p53 gene is a common event in the development of human neoplasia. A variety of mechanism can lead to such functional inactivation, including missense mutation and interaction with oncogenic viral or cellular protein.
@ES The results are as follows:
@EN 1. In the protein expression of p53 and PCNA by immunofluorescein staining, SW-837 cell lines which express mutant p53 gene reveal positive expression above 76% of p53 and PCNA protein, SW-1463 cell lines which express mutant p53 gene reveal
positive above 76% of p53 protein and average 72.4 % of PCNA protein, LoVo cell which express weld-type p53 gene reveal positive expression average 17.5% of p53 protein and 28.3 % of PCNA protein and SW-1222 cell lines which do not express p53
gene
reveal negative expression.
